ERIC OKYERE DARKO, Esq.
Eric Okyere Darko, Esq., was educated in Ghana, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, with Honors, in 1991, and a Barrister-at-Law Degree from the Ghana School of Law in 1994. He then migrated to the United States where he received a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Long Island University, New York in 1998 and a Master’s Degree in Law and Letters (LL.M.) specializing in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, New York in 2001.
He was licensed to practice law in Ghana as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court since August 31, 1994, and was admitted to practice law in New York State, USA in October, 2001.
Lawyer Darko is the founding partner of the Law Office of Eric O. Darko & Associates located at the financial district of New York City, where the firm specializes in international trade, immigration law, corporate law, matrimonial law, family law and other matters.
Lawyer Okyere-Darko has extensive litigation experience in immigration hearings throughout the United States and has drafted and reviewed numerous contracts and legal documents.
He also represents clients in the Supreme Courts of New York (the courts of first instance in New York State) in various legal matters.
